Defined customer service...great communication, on my terms...Took a 15 minute visit to the dealership to handle purchasing a new RR Supercharged Sport...Told my guy (Oliver Snow, ask for him) what I wanted, he got it...Get this, I didn't have time to take my trade and have them appraise it...So Oliver drives into the city, picks up my car, has it appraised and back in a couple hours. I never left my office...
Talk to Oliver...He gets it!

I am too busy to go to a dealership. Wife wanted a Land Rover. Wife got a Land Rover. Did the entire deal over the phone and fax. Jack dropped off the car, I signed on the line, and now my wife loves me again! Just kidding, she now tolerates me more!

Each time I had/have my car in for service/maintenance it is a pleasant experience. they supply a loaner car for me to use while mine gets serviced. or they quickly do a repair while i wait. the waiting area is comfy with a couch and coffee. one time they told me I could bring my dog in to wait while my tail light was replaced. they strive to make everything simple, convenient, and comfortable. they even ask if there's anything they can do to improve the experience. They even wash my car before I pick it up.........................
